The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all social media activity associated with the Friends of Shen Rowing Team reflects our core values of respect, inclusion, sportsmanship, and integrity. As representatives of the team, athletes are expected to uphold these standards both in person and online.

This policy establishes the financial structure and expectations for participation in the Friends of Shenendehowa Rowing Program (“Shen Rowing”), including tuition, payment schedules, financial assistance, fundraising requirements, and related program fees.

Shen Rowing is committed to athlete safety by promoting and enforcing policies and programs that address bullying, hazing, harassment, emotional misconduct, physical misconduct, and sexual misconduct. We have adopted the US Rowing SafeSport Policy.
