Whether you have a few hours to contribute or want to take on a more active role, there’s a place for you at Shen Rowing. No rowing experience is necessary - just a willingness to help!

  • Develop fundraising opportunities and pursue grants that support Shen Rowing’s programs, equipment, scholarships, and long - term sustainability.

  • Keep athletes, families, alumni, and the community informed while promoting Shen Rowing through effective communication.

  • Recruit new athletes, build relationships within the community, and increase awareness of Shen Rowing. Foster team culture and community among athletes and families.

  • Coordinate the maintenance, organization and improvement of the boathouse, grounds, and equipment.

  • Coordinate logistics for successful regattas and team travel for athletes, coaches, and families.
