The Learn to Row (LTR) program is run through a collaboration with the Town of Clifton Park and teaches rising 7th-12th graders the basics of rowing during two week sessions. The program is great for those interested in seeing what the sport is all about in a low-risk, positive environment with experienced coaching staff. After completing the LTR program, rowers can continue their rowing journey by enrolling in Modified/Novice program.

$150/week. 5% discount when registering for 4 weeks or more; 10% discount when registering for all 8 weeks
July 6 - August 28
The Modified and Novice program is designed for returning middle school rowers and graduates of the Learn to Row program to focus on the fundamentals of rowing and develop their skills as oarspersons. Rowing is an incredibly technical sport, and this program will help developing rowers become more competitive during the racing seasons by improving their technical proficiency.
Freshman/Varsity, M-F 6-9am
$175/week. 5% discount when registering for 4 weeks or more; 10% discount when registering for 8 weeks or more
June 29 - August 28
Rising 9-12th and recent graduates can enroll in the Freshman/Varsity program to continue their training as an athlete and hone their craft as a rower, with the goal being to be as competitive as possible for the fall racing season. While all summer programs are being development-based by nature, this is our most competitive program.
Philly Youth Regatta - July 18th
Those who register for the first four weeks of the Freshman/Varsity program are eligible to compete at the Philly Youth Regatta on July 18th. Philly Youth Regatta costs will be billed separately to participating rowers and will cover hotel, meals, regatta entry fees and coaching costs. At this time, total cost is estimated to be from $350 to $450/rower. A $200 deposit will be due at the time of registration for participating athletes."
