Spring 2026 Schedule
Each regatta is a little different, including race lineups, parking, and tent locations. Coaches will always share details as soon as they are available, but final logistics often aren’t confirmed until a day or two before race day. Families are strongly encouraged to check the regatta event website for maps, directions, schedules, and other helpful information.
For newer families, here are some helpful tips:
Parents usually have the best experience watching from the race course viewing area or relaxing near the team tent. The space around the boat trailer is reserved for athletes and coaches so rowers can focus and prepare for their events. Athletes will have time after racing to refuel and recover at the team tent. All rowers are expected to remain with the team for the full regatta unless a coach gives prior written approval for early dismissal.
Suggested Parent Packing List:
Water bottle
Binoculars (great for viewing races along the full course)
Camp chairs
Backpack with essentials: sunscreen, extra socks, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, etc.
Blanket and/or poncho — it can get chilly near the water
Cash or credit card for food, merchandise, or purchases on-site
Regatta days are long but exciting, and being prepared helps make the experience much more enjoyable for everyone.

SATURDAY SUPER PASSES ON SALE
Each year, we sell a limited number of special Saturday Super Passes (which allow entry through the closed Entry Gate) (all day); and, they can be purchased HERE while supplies last. They sell out quickly, so definitely get them early if you're planning to do so! Some details regarding the Saturday Super Passes:
Each team only receives ONE #Stotes2026 Entry Pass for use by their selected coach. So, all Parents/Fans must park in off-site paid parking and ride the shuttles to the course.
The only other ways to potentially secure entry through the Kelly Drive enclosure is (a) as a Volunteer (for two shifts); or, (b) on Saturday, via purchase of a Sat Super Pass
https://www.regattacentral.com/login
The Entry Pass provides you access onto Kelly Drive during the regatta as Parent/ Non-Volunteer.
RECEIPT OF YOUR PASSES
All Entry Passes purchased before May 3 will be sent via mail to the address you enter (ensure your details are correct when you check out).
ENTRY WITH A SATURDAY SUPER PASS
Your Entry Pass will allow you to pass through the Regatta Enclosure Entry Point just above the Strawberry Mansion Bridge, beginning at 6 am on Saturday.
While no #Stotes2026 Entry Pass can guarantee AVAILABLE PARKING, we carefully control distribution of all Entry Passes to greatly increase the chance of finding a spot. The absence of many teams due to Friday Time Trial eliminations is what frees up the available spaces for Saturday Super Passes to exist.
Additionally, we hold/reserve a special lot. You will get more direct info if/once your purchase.
